Method :
Take the atta, salt, ajwain, oil in a bowl and knead to form a firm dough. Cover it and let it rest for around 20 minutes.
Make a medium-sized ball from the dough and roll it out.
Spread a layer of salsa on top of the rolled dough and top it with some sweet corn and cheese.
Roll it from one end to form a log shape and slice it into small circles.
Flatten them, dip them in the cornflour paste and coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep-frying.
Fry the pinwheels on medium heat until they turn golden.
Take them out on a tissue paper and sprinkle some pizza spice mix.
